Baba aux rhum is a classical French dessert that has always had an impressive effect through its simplicity and elegance. The rich, airy cake is perfectly complemented by the rhum soaked currants/raisins and candied orange zest, being served with vanilla flavored whipped cream. Subtle and sophisticated at the same time, this rhum soaked pastry represents a real European delicacy.

Ingredients: bread flour, yeast, sugar, milk, eggs, butter, lemon/orange zest, rum extract/dark rum for a more adult version, real whipped cream, ganache and maraschino cherries for decoration.
