Chocolate Almond Cake

This moist and light chocolate cake wonderfully combines the divine flavors of dark rum, delicious, rich chocolate and lightly roasted almonds. The soft, delicate, airy texture of the yellow genoise cake, combined with the most decadent, creamy, milk chocolate buttercream, the golden, lovely crunch of the almond petals and the white feathered pattern against the dark chocolate ganache create the most spectacular dessert.

Ingredients: all purpose/cake flour, sugar, eggs, salt, butter, white and dark chocolate, pure vanilla extract, pure almond extract, real whipping cream, roasted almonds for decoration.
